Judith Basin County Weed Board Minutes

November 30^th, 2017

Lowell Hodge called the meeting to order at 5:05pm

In attendance were Lowell Hodge, Jim Kulish, Rod Mikkelsen, John McCray, John Bodner, Roger Riley, & Katie Hatlelid

Old Business

Spray bids

- Bids received: S N Weeds LLC and Rocky Mountain Weed and Pest Management

o Bids were reviewed and discussed on Nov. 30^th, after the advertising period. After thorough discussion, concerns were raised about the availability of RMW&PM with weather and time being limiting factors for an out of area vendor. The board has been satisfied with S N Weeds the past two years, and appreciates their close proximity and flexibility.

o John McCray moved (Jim K. 2^nd) to accept S N Weeds’ bid. Motion carried
